Tamworth Garden Damson Plum Gin Bourbon Nose: Sweet corn with notesAs seen in Food & Wines 2023 Drinks Innovators of the Year! We infuse tart, sweet damson plumsthe lesser known cousin of sloes into gin. Both damsons and sloes are commonly found growing through Britains iconic hedgerows, but only sloes are local to New Hampshire. Weve paired damson plums with juniper, bitter orange, anise hyssop, and hops to create a tartly sweet and herbaceous spirit, which sits at a low proof for perfect sipping. 60 Proof 30% ABV
