Syringa meyeri 'Palibinia' AGM, 3L Reference Books Bright yellow to avoid lossUtterly charming panicles of purple buds, opening into a mass of tiny, deep pink flowers, cover Syringa meyeri Palibinia in early summer. A compact form of lilac, this deciduous shrub retains all the beauty, as well as the heady scent of the original, without the invasive bad manners. A recipient of the RHS AGM (Award of Garden Merit), for all round excellence.
