Constructed of silvered feinzink, the obverse with a raised Grecian figure clutching an oak leaf branch, the reverse with a central NSDAP style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, above a date of 1942, circumscribed by an inscription of MEISTER DES GENERALGOUVERNMENT (CHAMPION OF THE GENERAL GOVERNMENT), unmarked, measuring 60. 30 mm in diameter, weighing 74. 2 grams, accompanied
